1 · Who we are
MidPledge is an early-stage concept and research project run by an individual. This website describes a proposed vision, not an available product or service. It is not a company or a registered business, and its aim is to develop and test the idea, and possibly a product later. This website presents the idea and invites feedback by email. The person or legal entity responsible for the information described here is identified below.

2 · What we collect
- This website has no form and does not ask you for personal information. It does not store submissions in any database operated by us.
- Email you send us: if you write to the addresses shown on this site, we receive your email address, the content of your message, anything you choose to include, and the technical headers your email provider adds. Your email provider and ours process these as part of delivering mail.
- Hosting logs: our hosting provider processes technical request data (such as IP address and requested page) to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. We do not access this data to identify visitors.
- Site analytics: currently disabled. Any future analytics would be assessed separately, and this notice would be updated before their introduction.
Please don't send confidential, security-sensitive or proprietary information. We do not knowingly collect information from children; this website is intended for business inquiries.
3 · How we use it
- To read and reply to your email, and understand the feedback you choose to share about the MidPledge idea.
- To operate and protect the website.
We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it. Legal basis for processing: We use your email address and message only to reply to you and for research that evaluates the MidPledge idea, based on your own initiative in writing to us.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
4 · Processors, hosting and transfers
Service providers host this website and operate our mailboxes. Their roles and relevant processing locations are described below.

- Cloudflare (website hosting); Google Workspace (mailboxes for midpledge.com)
- Data hosting region
- Cloudflare global network (static website; no database operated by us holds visitor data)
- International transfers
- The website is served through Cloudflare's global network and email is handled by Google Workspace, so data may be processed outside Saudi Arabia. We do not send your data to other parties and we do not ask you for sensitive information. You can request deletion at any time at [email protected].
5 · Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to reply to you and for project research. We delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can request deletion using the privacy contact above. We assess requests under the applicable law, including any obligation to retain particular information, and explain any applicable exception.
7 · Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, or stop contacting you. Send requests to legal@midpledge.com.
8 · Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this notice and its effective date before the change takes effect.
